[PT] Entendemos, a partir dos marcos que fundamentam o projeto “Narrativas Migrantes: formação, identidade e reinvenção de si” o fenômeno da migração contemporânea como um dos desafios a serem enfrentados pelos estados-nações em termos de reconfigurações demográficas, culturais e políticas, com impacto no fenômeno educacional, na medida em que os migrantes e seus filhos fazendo valer seu direito humano de migrar, encontram nas escolas o espaço de inscrição na sociedade de acolhida. Seja pela proximidade geográfica com países mais pobres como a Bolívia, ou em estado de deterioração do tecido social, como Venezuela e Haiti, ou fruto da percepção do Brasil como país emergente de economia sólida que marcou as primeiras décadas do século XXI, o país, tornou-se destino para a migração irregular, e para aqueles procuram no território nacional asilo ou refúgio. Como objetivo procurará conhecer a inserção dos sujeitos migrantes no sistema educativo brasileiro e as demandas que o fenômeno da migração traz para os diversos níveis da educação no país, a partir da elaboração de estudos de circulação e recepção de marcos legais da educação brasileira e subnacionais a partir da categoria migrante, tendo como desdobramentos a construção de instrumentos para a identificação e percepção do migrante em sistemas educativos. A pesquisa também pretende produzir entrevistas narrativas, abrindo-lhes a possibilidade narrar seu percurso de formação enquanto sujeito migrante. A pesquisa está orientada por um referencial que percebe o migrante como sujeito histórico e sociológico e, no contexto das migrações sul-sul, como elemento que tensiona as identidades nesse contexto geopolítico. Como resultados esperamos mapear a presença do migrante nos currículos nacionais e subnacionais, produzir instrumentos de identificação do migrante em contextos educacionais, contribuir para a consolidação da aproximação dos campos da Migration Studies e da Educação e comparar com a experiência com a espanhola.
[EN] We understand, from the frameworks that underpin the project “Migrant Narratives: formation, identity, and reinvention of self” the phenomenon of contemporary migration as one of the challenges to be faced by nation-states in terms of demographic, cultural, and political reconfigurations, with impact on the educational phenomenon, to the extent that migrants and their children enforcing their human right to migrate, find in schools the space of enrollment in the host society. Whether because of its geographic proximity to poorer countries like Bolivia, or those in a state of deterioration of their social fabric, like Venezuela and Haiti, or because of the perception of Brazil as an emerging country with a solid economy that marked the first decades of the 21st century, the country has become a destination for irregular migration, and for those seeking asylum or refuge in the national territory. As an objective it will seek to know the insertion of migrant subjects in the Brazilian educational system and the demands that the phenomenon of migration brings to the various levels of education in the country, from the elaboration of studies of circulation and reception of legal frameworks of Brazilian and subnational education from the category migrant, having as unfoldings the construction of instruments for the identification and perception of the migrant in educational systems. The research also intends to produce narrative interviews, opening up to them the possibility of narrating their educational path as a migrant subject. The research is guided by a referential that perceives the migrant as a historical and sociological subject and, in the context of south-south migrations, as an element that tensions identities in this geopolitical context. As result, we expect to map the presence of the migrant in national and subnational curricula, produce instruments to identify the migrant in educational contexts, contribute to the consolidation of the approximation of the fields of Migration Studies and Education, and compare our experience with the Spanish one.
